Great place for noodles, although for noodles, you should really try some Lanzhou Ramen(兰州拉面, lán zhōu lā miàn) , the chains provide stable quality.
They mainly make noodles with soup. There are 3 types of soup, Tamato Soup(番茄汤) , Bone Soup(骨汤) and the spicy one - Sour and Spicy Soup(酸辣汤) . And other variations are toppings like pork and beef.
They also make Mixed Noodles(拌面) , which are noodles without soup and also taste good.
